How To Make Weed Gelato
Recently I was in Europe, found an ice cream master who creates Marijuana Gelato.
It was delicious and luckily, I was given this special recipe that I am going to share with you. Since this was Europe, the recipe is in metric system.
The ingredients you will need are:
- Milk (1 liter)
- 500-800 grams of Dextrose
- 80 grams of Sucrose
- 500 grams of White Sugar
- Cream (100 grams)
- Marijuana Flower (Amount will vary on how strong you want it to be)
Instructions
- What you will want to do is pour all the ingredients into a pan and cook it for 30 minutes at 90º Celsius
- Put the ice cream in the freezer overnight
- Blent it and put it in an ice cream maker
And voila, you have marijuana gelato. A secret recipe created in Barcelona.
